Understanding the intersectional barriers that folx face when seeking support and navigating community systems
Aims to understand and improve reporting experiences with regards to gender based violence while identifying community-driven alternatives to support survivors
Goals of the Research
Prioritize the experiences of survivors of gender based violence by utilizing what is learned to develop recommendations and community alternatives to create a more just and equitable community
Explore how these experiences or resources are unique to survivors who encounter multiple forms of oppression
Identify recommendations to develop survivor-centric, community-based responses to support survivors of gender based violence
